NOTIFICATION

The 25th June, 2018

S.R.O. No.244/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section-33 of the

Odisha Survey & Settlement Act, 1958 (Odisha Act-3 of 1959), the State Government do

hereby delegate the powers of the Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack under section -

6D, 15 & 25 of the said Act in favour of Dr. Banani Mohanty, OAS (SAG) in-charge

Commissioner, Consolidation, Bhubaneswar for early disposal of revisional cases in

addition to her own assignment as Additional Commissioner, Additional Revisional

Court, Bhubaneswar till joining of a regular Commissioner, Consolidation,

Bhubaneswar.

This Department Notification No.20493/RDM., dated the 15th July, 2015 is

partial modified to the above extent .
