NOTIFICATION

The 27th June, 2018

S.R.O. No.248/2018— Shri Hiranmaya Bisoi, OSJS at present District & Sessions

Judge, Deogarh whose services have been placed at the disposal of Labour & ESI

Department by Home Department vide Notification No.25128, dated the 5th June, 2018, is

hereby appointed as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Rourkela against the existing

vacancy with effect from the date he actually takes over the charges.

The Period of deputation of Shri Hiranmaya Bisoi, OSJS shall not ordinarily exceed

three years from the date of his joining in the said post.

Further in exercise of the Power conferred by sub-section (2) of Section -7(A) of ID

Act. 1947(14 of 1947), Shri Hiranmaya Bisoi, OSJS is hereby authorized to act as

Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal., Rourkela in supersession of this Department

notification No. 1938, dated the 6th March, 2017.

This notification will take effect from the date Shri Hiranmaya Bisoi joins as

Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Rourkela.
