NOTIFICATION

The 27th June, 2018

No.8041–4FY-0045/2018/FARD.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section

2(C) of the Odisha Marine Fishing Regulation Act, 1981, the State Government do hereby

appoint Shri Siba Prasad Bhoi, Deputy Director of Fisheries, Ganjam Zone Berhampur as

the ‘Authorized Officer’ to exercise the powers conferred under sections 14 & 15 of the

OMFR Act.

This order will come into force with immediate effect.
