NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. No.266/2018— In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (5) of

Section 3 of Odisha Development Authorities Act, 1982 as amended vide Odisha

Development Authorities (Amendment) Act, 2015 and partial modification of Notification

No. 11518/HUD., dated the 22nd May, 2017, the State Government do hereby make the

following changes in Kalinga Nagar Development Authority with effect from the date of

issue of the notification.

1. Town Planning & Regional Planning Member – Planning Member in Charge in

place of Asst. Town Planner, Town Planning Unit, Cuttack .

2. Engineer Member – Executive Engineer (R &B),Panikoili Division, Panikoili in

place of Executive Engineer, PH Division-II, Cuttack.
