No. 1630/C.— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 21 of Cr. P.C., 1973

(Act-2 of 1974), the State Government do hereby appoint 12 (Twelve) Officers (as per the

list enclosed in the Annexure) as Special Executive Magistrates in the District of Puri for

the period from 11th July, 2018 to 25th July, 2018 for maintenance of law and order

during Rath Yatra-2018.
