ORDER

The 30th June, 2018

No. 18991–HE-FE-IV(A)-POL-0037/2014/HE.— It was stipulated under Para-2 of

this Department Order No-11540/HE., Dated the 20th April, 2018 that the eligible

employees willing to accept the benefits of Grant-in-Aid Order, 2017 to submit their

willingness in Plain Paper to the Secretaries of their respective Governing Bodies by 30th

June, 2018 so as to reach the Director, Higher Education, Odisha not later than 31st July,

2018.

Now, it is seen that still some of the eligible employees have not yet submitted their

willingness to their respective Secretaries of the Governing Bodies within the stipulated

time, i.e., by 30th June, 2018.

In view of the above, after careful consideration, Government have been pleased to

extend the above period for submission of the willingness by the eligible employees to

accept the benefits of Grant-in-Aid Order, 2017 to their respective Secretaries of the

Governing Body by 31st July, 2018 so as to reach the Director of Higher Education,

Odisha not later than 31st August, 2018.

All other terms & conditions shall remain intact.
