NOTIFICATION

The 4th July, 2018

S.R.O. No. 269/2018— Shri Gundicha Samantasinghar, at present Secretary,

District Legal Services Authority, Berhampur whose services have been placed at the

disposal of Labour & ESI Department by Law Department vide their Notification No. 6427,

dated the 20th June, 2018 is hereby appointed as Presiding Officer, Labour Court,

Sambalpur.

The Period of deputation of Shri Gundicha Samantasinghar shall not ordinarily

exceed three years from the date of their joining in the said post.

Further, In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section-7 of I.D. Act,

1947 (14 of 1947) and in supersession of this Department Notification No. 10218, dated

the 1st December, 2015, Shri Gundicha Samantasinghar is hereby authorized to act as

Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Sambalpur constituted by erstwhile Labour &

Employment Department Notification No. 8007/LE., dated the 18th July, 1985. This

notification will be effective from the date on which Shri Gundicha Samantasinghar joins in

the duty.
