NOTIFICATION
The 4th July, 2018
S.R.O. No.270/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and
sub-section (1) of Section 9 read with Section 10 of the Odisha Civil Courts Act, 1984
(Odisha Act 18 of 1984), and in consultation with the High Court of Orissa, the State
Government do hereby establish such number of the Courts of Civil Judge (Junior
Division) as mentioned in column (4) of the schedule in addition to the existing number of
such Courts in the respective Judgeship at the places mentioned in column (2) of the
Schedule with the local limits of jurisdiction mentioned in the column (3) of the Schedule.
