NOTIFICATION

The 10th July, 2018

No.30067–HOME-HC-CRTN2-0031/2015/HS. — In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act-II

of 1974 and all other powers under the said Act ), enabling the State Government in this

regard and on the recommendations of and in consultation with the High Court of Orissa,

the State Government do hereby establish a Court of Judicial Magistrate of the First Class,

Harabhanga at Charichhaka in the District of Boudh with the headquarters at Charichhaka

with effect from the date the said Court functions.
