CORRIGENDUM

The 16th July, 2018

No. 5334–SSEPD-DA-2-MISC-0136/2017/SSEPD.— Sub-Para-2 of Para-2 of

SSEPD Department Resolution No. 7140/SSEPD., dated the 5th September, 2017 shall

be substituted as follows:

“ Persons with not less than 40% of any disability as certified by a competent

Certifying Authority appointed under section 57(1) of ‘Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Act, 2016’ irrespective of nature of Disability, shall be eligible for reservation ”.

All other clauses of the Resolution shall remain unaltered.
