The 20th July, 2018
No. 5492–SSEPD-DA3-DA-0012/2017/SSEPD.— In partial modification of this
Department Notification No. 3684 Dt. 08.05.2018 and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of Section 66 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 read
with Rule 13 of the Odisha Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018, the State
Government hereby constitute the State Advisory Board on disability consisting of the
following members with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official
Gazette :—
