NOTIFICATION

The 23rd July, 2018

No. 3733–IIEx-52/2018/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)

of Section 5 of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act 10 of 2013), the State

Government do hereby appoint Shri Debendra Mohapatra as Excise Commissioner who

shall be the Chief Controlling Authority for administration of the Act in the State.
