NOTIFICATION

The 23rd July, 2018

No. 3738–IIEx-52/2018/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4)

of Section 5 of the Odisha Excise Act,2008 (Odisha Act 10 of 2013), the State Government

do hereby appoint the Additional District Magistrates appointed as such under sub-section

(2) of Section 10 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974), who shall,

within their respective jurisdictions, exercise all the powers and perform all the duties

conferred and imposed on the Collectors by or under the Odisha Excise Act, 2008.
