NOTIFICATION

The 23rd July, 2018

No. 3743–IIEx-52/2018/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(2) of Section 71 of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 ( Odisha Act of 2013), the State

Government do hereby authorize the Superintendent of Excise of the district as

“authorized officer” for the purpose of the said section.
