NOTIFICATION

The 23rd July, 2018

No. 3748–IIEx-52/2018/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2)

of Section 79 of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act 10 of 2013), the State

Government do hereby specify that Excise Officers not below the rank of a Sub-Inspector

of Excise shall be competent to exercise the powers and perform the duties as specified in

the said sub-section.
