NOTIFICATION

The 23rd July, 2018

No. 3753–IIEx-52/2018/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(2) of Section 83 of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act 10 of 2013), the State

Government do hereby specially empower Excise Officer of the rank of Sub-Inspector of

Excise and above to exercise the powers and perform the duties specified therein.
