NOTIFICATION

The 23rd July, 2018

No. 3758–IIEx-52/2018/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

(2) of Section 85 of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act of 2013), the State

Government do hereby specify that Excise Officers of the rank of Inspector of Excise and

above shall exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred under the said

sub-section.
