NOTIFICATION

The 3rd August, 2018

S.R.O. No. 330/2018 — In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 27 of the Minimum

Wages Act, 1948 (11 of 1948),the State Government do hereby make proposals for addition of the

new employments to part-I of the schedule of the said Act for the whole State of Odisha, is hereby

published as required by the said section of the said Act for information of the all person likely to be

affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration on

expiry of a period of three months from the date of publication of this Notification in the Odisha

Gazette .

Any representation containing objection or suggestion which may be received by the

Principal Secretary to Government, Labour & ESI Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar-751001 from

any person in respect of the said proposal before expiry of the period specified above will be

considered by the State Government.

Schedule Draft

New Employments to be added to the Schedule:-

In the schedule of employment , after Serial no. 88 , the Following employment shall be added,

namely:-
