NOTIFICATION

The 13th August, 2018

No. 22821–HUD-UT-SCH-0009/2016/HUD.— In accordance with provisions under

Para. No.2 (a) (xiii) of this Department Notification No.1919/HUD., dated the 19th January,

2018 and subsequent Corrigendum No.7387/HUD., dated the 19th March, 2018 and after

careful consideration Government of Odisha have been pleased to appoint the following 3

(three) persons as Independent Directors in the Board of Directors of the Special

Purpose Vehicle (SPV) namely “Capital Region Urban Transport (CRUT)” for a period

of three (3) years from the date of issue of this Notification, until further orders.

2. Independent Directors shall be entitled for sitting fees and other allowances as

may be sanctioned by the Board of Directors of CRUT from time to time.

3. Including the Independent Directors now appointed by the Government,

maximum numbers of Directors in the Board of Directors of CRUT has been increased to

16 instead of 15 (fifteen) directors as notified in Para.2 (a) of the aforesaid notification

dated the 19th January, 2018 and the relevant provision stands modified accordingly.

4. This Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
