NOTIFICATION

The 16th August, 2018

No. 4120/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20

of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act 10 of 2013), the State Government do hereby

confer on the Collector of the District the power to grant exclusive privilege of sale of

foreign liquor, manufacture and sale of India made foreign liquor, country liquor and other

intoxicants.
