NOTIFICATION

The 16th August, 2018

No. 4125/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 25

of the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act 10 of 2013), the State Government do hereby

declare that sub-section (3) of Section 25 shall also apply to persons licensed to sale

country spirit for consumption on their premises in the Districts of Cuttack, Kendrapara,

Jajpur, Jagatsinghpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Puri, Khurda and Nayagarh.
