NOTIFICATION

The 16th August, 2018

No. 4130/Ex.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 64 of

the Odisha Excise Act, 2008 (Odisha Act 10 of 2013), the State Government do hereby

empower Excise Officer not below the rank of Sub-Inspector of Excise to demand

production of license, permit or pass by the holder of such license, permit or pass granted

under the said Act, or any person in his employment and acting on his behalf.
