RESOLUTION

The 20th August, 2018

With a view to provide further promotional avenues in the Odisha Secretariat Data

Entry Operators Cadre, it is contemplated by the Government to restructure the said

cadre by creating 2 (two) new promotional posts, namely, Assistant Data Processing

Officer and Data Processing Officer in lieu of abolition of 32 (thirty-two) vacant posts of

Senior Data Entry Operator of different Departments of Secretariat.

2. The cadre structure along with the revised sanctioned strength of Data Entry

Operators in different ranks will be as follows:—

3. This has been concurred in by the Finance Department vide Home Department

OSWAS file No. HOME-CC-ASSN-0003-2014, dated the 13th June, 2018.

4. This will come into force with effect from the date of issue of this Resolution.
