NOTIFICATION

The 21st August, 2018

S.R.O. No.354/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of

clause (b-1) of Section 2 of the Odisha Government Land Settlement Act, 1962 (Odisha

Act 33 of 1962) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of Odisha in the

Revenue & Disaster Management Department No. 16297- GE (GL)–S-06/2015/R&DM.,

dated the 1st June, 2015, published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette No.

872, dated the 2nd June, 2015, the State Government do hereby specify Rs.60,000/-

(Rupees Sixty thousand) only as the ceiling of annual income of landless agricultural

labourer as defined in the said clause.
