NOTIFICATION

The 21st August, 2018

S.R.O. No.357/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a-2) of

Section 3 of the Odisha Prevention of Land Encroachment Act, 1972 (Odisha Act 6 of

1972) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Revenue

& Disaster Management Department No. 16313-GE (GL)–S-06/2015/R&DM., dated the

1st June, 2015, published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette No. 876, dated

the 2nd June, 2015, the State Government do hereby specify Rs.60,000/- (Rupees Sixty

thousand) only as the ceiling of annual income of homestead less person as defined in the

said clause.
