NOTIFICATION

The 29th August, 2018

S.R.O. No. 369/2018.–— In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (1) of

Section 405 of the OM Act 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950) read with rule 376 of OM Rules

1953, the State Govt. do hereby appoint Executive Engineer, Nayagarh (R&B) Division as

Inspector of Local Works (ILW) for five ULBs of Nayagarh District i.e. Nayagarh,

Khandapara, Daspalla, Ranpur and Odogaon NACs.

This Notification supersedes all the previous Notifications of appointing Inspector of

Local Works (ILW) for the ULBs of Nayagarh District.

This Notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
