NOTIFICATION

The 5th September, 2018

S.R.O. No. 377/2018–— In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of

Section 2 of the Bihar and Odisha Places of Pilgrimage Act,1920 (Bihar and Odisha Act II

of 1920) and in supersession of all previous notifications on the subject, the State

Government do hereby empower Shri Srikanta Tarai OAS (S), Executive Officer, Puri

Municipality, Puri to perform the functions of the Magistrate, Lodging House Fund, Puri

under the said Act in addition to his own duties.
