NOTIFICATION

The 7th September, 2018

S.R.O. No. 378/2018–— Whereas it is felt necessary to extend the tenure of the

Commission of Inquiry consisting of Hon’ble Shri Justice Raghubir Dash (Retd.) appointed

vide this Department Notification No.1449/C., dated the 8th June, 2018 to enquire into the

alleged Missing of Keys of Inner Chamber of the “Ratna Bhandar” of Shree Jagannath

Temple, Puri ;

And, whereas, the inquiry is in progress and the time stipulated in the said

Notification expires on 7th September,2018.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 read with sub-

section (1) of Section 5 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952) the State

Government do hereby make the following amendment in the said Notification namely:—

AMENDMENT

In paragraph 3 of the said Notification, for the words “three months”, the words “6

(six) months” shall be substituted.
