NOTIFICATION

The 17th September, 2018

S.R.O.No.390/2018– Whereas it has been intimated by the Administrator, Gopalpur

SCS Ltd. vide his Letter No. 10, Dtd.16-5-2018 and the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Balasore Circle, Balasore vide his Letter No. 1021, Dtd. 17-4-2018 and Letter

No 1313, Dtd. 19-5-2018 to this Commission, as required under Section 32 (3) of OCS

Act, 1962 and under Rule 3(3)(a) of OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules,1992, for

constitution of a new Committee of Gopalpur SCS Ltd. Consequent upon supersession of

the previous Committee of the SCS Ltd. U/s. 32(1) of OCS Act,1962 by the Deputy

Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Balasore Division, Balasore Vide Order No.661,

Dtd.29-3-2018.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that a new Committee of Gopalpur SCS Ltd.

shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of OCS Act and Rules.

Shri Santosh Kumar Rath, Sub-Assistant Registrar of C.S., O/o. the ARCS,

Balasore Circle is hereby appointed as Election Officer of the said Society to conduct the

election of a new Committee, following the procedures laid down in the OCS Act, 1962 and

OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and orders/ circulars/instructions issued

by the Commission from time to time fixing the Date of poll, if necessary, on

Dtd.2-12-2018. He is to take up the election of President and Vice-President there after by

following due procedure laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and

relevant circulars and guidelines issued by this Commission from time to time suitably

fixing the date of poll, if necessary.
