NOTIFICATION

The 25th October, 2018

No. 8082–IX-HI-29/2017/I. — In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (i) of

Section 2 and Section 14 of the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation

Act, 1980 (Odisha Act 1 of 1981) the State Government do hereby declare the lands

described in the schedule below under the 1. Mouza -- Jayamangal under Khurda Tahasil

in Khurda District, 2. Mouza – Balarampur under Odapada Tahasil in Dhenkanal District

as Industrial Estates for establishment of Industries.
