No.7405–LL-II-FE-09/2015/LESI.— Shri Manoj Kumar Panda and Sri Swaroop Jena,

Assistant Directors of Factories and Boilers are promoted to the post of Deputy Director of

Factories and Boilers in the Scale of Pay of Rs 15,600/- 39,100/- plus GP of Rs.6,600/- (Pre-

revised) corresponding to Level-13 of the Pay Matrix in ORSP Rules, 2017 with usual D.A. as

admissible from time to time on ad hoc basis for a period of one year or till concurrence of Odisha

Public Service Commission which ever is earlier.

On promotion to the post of Deputy Director of F & B, Shri Manoj Kumar Panda is posted

as Deputy Director of F & B, Bhubaneswar Division, Bhubaneswar and he will exercise all statutory

powers as such until further orders.

Shri Manoj Kumar Panda, Deputy Director of F & B is kept in the additional charge of

Assistant Director of F & B, Bhubaneswar zone-II in addition to his own duties and he will exercise

all statutory powers as such until further orders.

On promotion to the post of Deputy Director of F & B, Shri Swaroop Jena is posted as

Deputy Director of F & B, Sambalpur Division, Sambalpur in place of Shri Abanikanta Naik, Deputy

Director of F & B, transferred and Shri Swaroop Jena will exercise all statutory powers as Deputy

Director of F & B until further orders.

Shri Abanikanta Naik, Deputy Director of F & B, Sabmalpur Division is transferred and

posted as Deputy Director of F & B, Angul Division and he will exercise all statutory powers as

such until further orders.
