No. 9898/L.A.— Shri Krishna Chandra Sagaria, M.L.A. an elected Member of the Odisha

Legislative Assembly from 144-Koraput (SC) Assembly Constituency, has resigned his

seat in the Odisha Legislative Assembly and his resignation has been accepted by the

Hon’ble Speaker with effect from the 6^th November, 2018(F.N.). The said seat has

therefore become vacant in accordance with Article 190(3) (b) of the Constitution of India.
