Finance Department No.34124-FIN-CT1-TAX-0034-2017/FIN., dated the 30th October,

2018, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1997 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the

30th October, 2018 bearing S.R.O. No 434/2018, for the words “furnish an application to

the effect” appearing in clause (b) of rule 4, read “furnish an undertaking to the effect”.
