NOTIFICATION

No. 42830–RDM-LAA-CTC-0061-2016/R&DM. — In careful consideration of the

circumstances existing in respect of acquisition of land measuring an area of Ac.17.520

(after withdrawal of Ac. 17.940) out of total notified area of Ac.35.460 in Village-

Raghunathprasad, P.S.- Choudwar of Cuttack District for construction of Rengali Right

Irrigation Project, the Government is of the opinion that circumstances existed for the

inadvertent delay and in exercising its power under the second proviso to sub-section (7)

of Section 19, the Government have decided to extend the period of twelve months from

the date of preliminary notification U/s. 11(1) of the RFCTLAR&R Act, 2013 up to 22nd

December, 2018 for issue of declaration under sub-section (1) of Section 19 of the said

act.
