S.R.O. No.463/2018— Consequent upon transfer of Hon’ble Sri Justice

I. Mahanty, Judge, Orissa High Court as Judge of the Bombay High Court who was

functioning as the Executive Chairman of the Odisha State Legal Services Authority,

Hon’ble Governor of Odisha in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of

sub-section (2) of Section 6 of the Legal Services Authorities Act,1987 (Act No.39 of 1987)

has been pleased to nominate in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of Orissa High

Court, Hon’ble Kumari Justice Sanju Panda, Judge of the Orissa High Court as the

Executive Chairman of the Odisha State Legal Services Authority with immediate effect.
