S.R.O. No.464/2018— In pursuance of Section 3 of the Orissa Special Courts Act,

2006 (Chapter. III) the State Government, with the concurrence of the Chief Justice of the

High Court of Orissa, Cuttack do hereby specify the following Courts as mentioned in

column (2) of the schedule below to be the Special Courts for trial of criminal cases

pertaining to Honour Killing and Violence to couple (s) respectively, arising out of their

respective jurisdiction.
