NOTIFICATION

The 11th December, 2018

S.R.O. No.470/2018— In continuation of Revenue & Disaster Management

Department Notification No.39367 and 39378, dated the 23rd October, 2018, these

instructions are issued for early disposal of revision cases.

1. New revision cases under OS&S Act, 1958 and rules made thereunder and OCH

& PFL Act, 1972 and rules made thereunder will be filed with the Addl. District

Magistrates who have been delegated Revisional Powers vide Revenue &

Disaster Management Department Notifications mentioned earlier.

2. Those revision cases, which have already been filed with the existing Revisional

Courts, but yet to be admitted by the Revisional Authorities, may be transferred

to the concerned Addl. District Magistrates having jurisdiction.

3. This notification will come into effect from the date of the publication in the

Gazette.
