NOTIFICATION

The 17th December, 2018

S.R.O. No.476/2018— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and sub-section

(1) of Section 9 read with Section 10 of the Odisha Civil Courts Act, 1984 (Odisha Act 18 of 1984), and

in consultation with the High Court of Orissa, the State Government do hereby establish such numbers

of Courts of Additional District Judge as mentioned in column (3) of the schedule, in addition to the

existing number of such Courts in the respective Judgeship as mentioned in column (2) of the schedule

and at the places mentioned in column (4) of the schedule with the local limits of jurisdiction mentioned

in the column (5) of the schedule.
