NOTIFICATION

The 17th December, 2018

S.R.O. No.480/2018— Shri Manas Ranjan Barik, OSJS at present District &

Sessions Judge, Sundargarh whose services have been placed at the disposal of Labour

& E.S.I. Department by Home Department vide Notification No.51544, dated the 12th

December, 2018, is hereby appointed as Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal,

Bhubaneswar against the existing vacancy with effect from the date he actually takes over

the charges.

The Period of deputation of Shri Manas Ranjan Barik, OSJS shall not ordinarily

exceed three years from the date of his joining in the said post.

Further in exercise of the Power conferred by sub-section (2) of Section -7(A) of ID

Act. 1947(14 of 1947), Shri Manas Ranjan Barik, OSJS is hereby authorized to act as

Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in supersession of this Department

Notification No. 6517, dated the 29th August, 2016.

This notification will take effect from the date Shri Manas Ranjan Barik joins as

Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Bhubaneswar.
