No. 684–HGFE(T&P)-04/2018/A&FE.—The following four Assistant Horticulture

Officers (Group-B) in Horticulture Service are hereby promoted to the rank of Assistant

Director of Horticulture (Group-A, Junior Grade) carrying pay in Level-12 of the Matrix

under ORSP Rule, 2017 (pre-revised Scale of Pay PB-2 Rs.9300-34800/- with Grade Pay

of Rs.5400/-) on ad hoc basis for a period of one year or till recommendation of OPSC or

till their retirement whichever is earlier.

The grant of such promotion is subject to the outcome of pending cases (O.A

Odisha-Vrs.-Ashok Kumar Sethy and other related cases).
