NOTIFICATION

The 21st January, 2019

S.R.O.No.22/2019– Whereas it has been intimated by the Administrator,

Saraskana LAMPCS Ltd. vide his Letter No. 47 Dtd. the 27th September, 2018 and the

Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Baripada Division, Baripada vide his Letter

No. 2942 Dtd the 22th October, 2018, Letter No.3296 Dtd. 6th December, 2018 to this

Commission as required under Section 32 (3) of OCS Act, 1962 and under Rule 3(3)(a) of

OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules,1992 for constitution of a new Committee of

Saraskana LAMPCS Ltd., consequent upon supersession of the previous Committee of

the LAMPCS Ltd. U/s. 32(1) of OCS Act,1962 by the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative

Societies, Baripada Division, Baripada Vide Order No.2713 Dtd. 22nd September, 2018.

Now, therefore, it is hereby ordered that a new Committee of Saraskana LAMPCS

Ltd. shall be constituted in accordance with the provisions of OCS Act and Rules.

Sri Biswamohan Barik, SARCS, O/o the ARCS, Baripada Circle is hereby appointed

as Election Officer of the said LAMPCS to conduct the election of a new Committee,

following the procedures laid down in the OCS Act, 1962 and OCS (Elections to the

Committees) Rules, 1992 and orders/ Circulars/instructions issued by the Commission

from time to time fixing the Date of poll, if necessary, on Dtd. 31st March, 2019. He is to

take up the election of President and Vice-President there after by following due procedure

laid down in OCS (Elections to the Committees) Rules, 1992 and relevant circulars and

guidelines issued by this Commission from time to time suitably fixing the date of poll, if

necessary.
