NOTIFICATION

The 22nd January, 2019

S.R.O. No.24/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3, sub-section

(1) of Section 9 read with Section 10 of the Odisha Civil Courts Act, 1984 (Odisha Act 18

of 1984) and in partial modification of Law Department Notification No.4645/L., dated the

30th April, 2004, published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette No.612, dated

the 4th May, 2004, the State Government, in consultation with the High Court of Orissa, do

hereby alter the local limits of jurisdiction of the Court of Civil Judge (Junior Division),

Jajpur in the Judgeship of Jajpur and fix the same co-extensive with the local limits of the

jurisdiction of the Police Stations of Jajpur Town, Binjharpur, Bari, Mangalpur and Kuakhia.
