S.R.O. No.54/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (2) of the

Article 243-Q of the Constitution of India read with sub-section (2) of Section 4 of the

Odisha Municipal Act, 1950 (Odisha Act, 23 of 1950), the Governor of Odisha having

regard to the population, the density of the population, the revenue generated for local

administration, the percentage of employment in non-agricultural activities, the economic

importance of the revenue villages mentioned in the schedule below, hereby specifies

those areas as a transitional area namely:—
