CORRIGENDUM

S.R.O. No. 59/2019— In the notification of the Government of Odisha, in the Finance

Department No.3102-FIN-CT1-TAX-0034/2017, dated the 29th January, 2019, containing

the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Rules,2019, published in the

Extraordinary issue No.227 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 29th January, 2019 bearing

S.R.O. No. 34/2019, —

(i)

in rule 19, for the words and figure “in instruction 12, for the words “business

verticals” wherever they occur, the words “places of business” ”read“ in

instruction 12, for the words “business verticals” wherever they occur, the words

“places of business” and for the word “vertical”, the words “place of business”.

(ii)

In rule 20, for the words “Note: - Your registration stands suspended with effect

from ------ (date).” read “Note: - Suspension of registration stands revoked with

effect from........(date)." ; and

(iii)

In sub-clause (ii) of clause (a) of rule 28, for the words and figures “pre-deposit

of 20% of the disputed admitted tax” read “pre-deposit of 20% of the disputed

tax”.
