NOTIFICATION

The 12th February, 2019

S.R.O. No. 63/2019— Whereas, the first meeting of the Cuttack Municipal

Corporation was held on 13th February, 2014 and the five years term of the said

Corporation will expire on 12th February, 2019;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of Section 48

of the Odisha Municipal Corporation Act, 2003 (Odisha Act, 11 of 2003) the State

Government do hereby appoint Revenue Divisional Commissioner, (CD) Cuttack as the

Administrator to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the Cuttack Municipal

Corporation during the interval period between expiry of the term of the office of the

Corporators of the said Corporation till the date of the first meeting of the newly elected

Corporators.
