NOTIFICATION

The 12th February, 2019

S.R.O. No. 65/2019— Whereas, the Sub-Collector, Redhakhol, Secretary to

Revenue Divisional Commissioner (SD) and Addl. Secretary to Revenue Divisional

Commissioner (SD), Berhampur were appointed as the Administrator of Kuchinda,

Digapahandi and Kodala NACs respectively vide this Department Notification No. 30810,

dated the 3rd December, 2018 and Notification No. 26378, dated the 29th September,

2018 to exercise the powers and perform the functions of Kuchinda, Digapahandi and

Kodala NACs during the interval between the expiry of the term of the office of the

Councillors and date of the first meeting of the newly elected Councillors with the

necessary quorum thereof;

Now, in supersession to the aforesaid Notifications of this Department and in

exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of Section 401 of the Odisha Municipal

Act, 1950 (Odisha Act 23 of 1950) the State Government do hereby appoint the Sub-

Collector Kuchinda, Administrative Officer, M.K.C.G. Medical College and Hospital,

Berhampur and Secretary Berhampur Development Authority, Berhampur as the

Administrators, to exercise the powers and discharge the duties of the Kuchinda,

Digapahandi and Kodala NACs respectively in addition to their own duties until the council

are constituted for the said NACs in accordance with the provisions of the said Act.
