NOTIFICATION

The 13th February, 2019

No.1452–SSEPD-DA4-DA-0005/2018/SSEPD.— In pursuance of sub-section (1) of

Section 53 of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 (49 of 2016), the State

Government do hereby appoint the Principal Secretary to Government, Department of

Social Security & Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities as the Appellate Authority

with effect from publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.

The Appellate Authority shall exercise the power and discharge the functions as

conferred under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
