NOTIFICATION

No.1043–LL-II-FE-03/2017/LESI.— Shri Umesh Chandra Sutar, Assistant Director

of Factories and Boilers, Keonjhar Zone is promoted to the post of Deputy Director of

Factories and Boilers in the Scale of Pay of Rs 15,600/- 39,100/- plus GP of Rs.6,600/-

(Pre-revised) corresponding to Level-13 of the Pay Matrix in ORSP Rules, 2017 with usual

D.A. and allowances as admissible from time to time on ad hoc basis for a period of one

year or till concurrence of Odisha Public Service Commission whichever is earlier.

On promotion to the post of Deputy Director of F & B, Shri Umesh Chandra Sutar is

posted as Deputy Director of F & B, Jajpur Division, Jajpur Road against the vacant post

consequent upon promotion of Shri Gopal Chandra Bisoi to the post of Joint Director of

Factories and Boilers, Level-II. Further, Shri Sutar is allowed to remain in additional charge

of the Assistant Director of Factories and Boilers, Keonjhar Zone, Keonjhar in addition to

his own duties.

He will exercise all statutory powers as such under the Factories Act, 1948 and

Boilers Act, 1923 until further orders.
