The 19th February, 2019

No.381–HUD-HU-HR-0005/2018— After careful consideration, Government have

been pleased to modify clause No. 2 (A) (iii) of Annexure-3 of the “Policy for Housing for

All in Urban Areas, Odisha, 2015” as follows:—

“Income eligibility criteria for applicants applying for EWS and LIG Housing shall be

up to Rs. 1,80,000 per annum and from Rs. 1,80,001 to Rs. 6,00,000 per annum

respectively for all the ULBs except Bhubaneswar. In case of Bhubaneswar, income limit

for applicants applying for EWS and LIG housing shall be up to Rs. 2,16,000 per annum

and from Rs. 2,16,001 to Rs.6,00,000 per annum respectively. The income will be certified

on the basis of Income Certificate issued by competent officials of Revenue & Disaster

Management Department.”.
