NOTIFICATION

The 1st March, 2019

S.R.O. No. 84/2019— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of

Section 3 of the Odisha Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2012 read with sub-rule (1) of

rule 4 of the Odisha Special Survey and Settlement Rules, 2012, the State Government do

hereby make the following amendments in the notification of Government of Odisha in the

Revenue & Disaster Management Department No.11778/NLRMP-06/2014 R&DM., dated

the 23rd April, 2014, published in the Extraordinary issue of the Odisha Gazette No.767,

dated the 6th May, 2014, namely:—

AMENDMENT

In Schedule –A, Serial Numbers 12, 13 and 32 including the entries made against

those Serial Numbers relating to villages Gothagam, Gobindapur and Padmapur shall be

omitted.
